Nicole has a broad common law practice with an emphasis on workers compensation, work injury damages, 151Z recovery and motor accident matters. She appears for insurers, self-insurers and plaintiffs.
Nicole regularly appears in the Personal Injury Commission, the District and Supreme Court in workers compensation and motor accident matters.
Her practice also includes Family Provisions and Estate matters. She has also expanded into court suppression and non-publication orders.
Nicole was appointed a CARS Assessor for the Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal Matters in both the 1999 and the 2017 Schemes, ceasing following the formation of the combined Personal Injury Commission.
Nicole has operated an entirely electronic practice for many years and prefers briefs to be provided by electronic means.
